To obtain financing from the municipal debt markets for a project, a charter school must provide financial and operational history sufficient to meet market requirements. Finance team professionals are available to guide charter schools through the financing process.
UCSFA helps charter schools to procure services from competent professionals by providing schools with a list of prequalified Bond Counsel firms. In order to use UCSFA as a conduit issuer, charter schools must utilize services from professionals who have been prequalified and are on the Eligible Providers list.
