Eligible Providers

Picture of Utah Charter School Finance Authority Board meeting.

To obtain bond financing from the capital markets for a project, a charter school must provide financial and operational history sufficient to meet the market requirements. Several bonding professionals are available to guide charter schools through the financing process.

UCSFA helps charters in procuring services from competent professionals by providing schools with a list of prequalifed Bond Counsel firms. In order to use UCSFA as a conduit issuer, charter schools must procure services from professionals who have been prequalified and are on the Eligible Providers list.
